Once again we are looking forward to meet in one of the great scientific activities of our society. This time we are organizing in conjunction with the WFNS a training course which is going to cover a good number of important topics in the neurosurgical practice.

These topics are going to be covered by a perfectly selected international and local faculty; they are all from the most eminent and expert in their fields.

The course will take place in Sham El-Sheikh October 24 - 27, 2007; the date was carefully chosen so as to enjoy the wonderful weather of Sharm El-Sheikh during this time of the year.
