• Notice of cancellation shuold be sent in wrint go Congress Secertarial
• Cancellation received by fax or email before July 15th, 2007 penalty fee will not be charged.
• Cancellation received by fax or email before August 31st 2007: 25% of the full applicable registration fee will be charged.
• Cancellation received by fax or email between August 31st & September 30 2007: 50% of the full applicable registration fee will be charged.
• All refunds will be made after congress
